Maria Grazia RICCIARDI

Maria Grazia Ricciardi is a Managing Partner at CPR Lex since 2010, and has specialized over the last 25 years in Banking Law, restructurings and complex litigations. She also practices as Real Estate, Family and Successions lawyer. She regularly advises large financial institutions such as the Central Bank of Italy, large family offices and blue chip corporations.

Maria Grazia is also active in capacity of Board member of several charities involved in the field of education, women social promotion, geopolitics, and neuroscience, where she contributes strategy insights with her London based family office.

She is a Barrister at the Bar of Rome, and at the Bar of Italy’s Supreme Court.

Oliver CIRIC

Oliver’s practice focuses on complex cross-border litigation, asset tracing & recovery, banking & AML, white collar crime and investigations, including case management and coordination, anti-fraud and anti-corporate raiding strategies.

His industry focus includes banking & finance, government relations and public affairs, energy, mining, telecom, real estate, and aviation. 

Oliver has previously served in Senior positions at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP and Hogan & Hartson LLP in Washington DC, and Geneva, Switzerland. 

Oliver also acted as electoral campaign and policy advisor.

He is a Member of the Bar of Geneva, Switzerland

Pierre BROCHET

Pierre Brochet is a senior lawyer with over 25 years of City of London, Wall Street and Emerging Markets private practice experience. He has acted as French and English counsel for private companies and well-known multinational companies and global investment banks on a wide range of transactions, in Europe, the USA and Southeast Asia. Pierre was a Partner at US firms McDermott Will & Emery and Greenberg Traurig in Paris and London from 2008 to 2015, and previously an associate at White & Case and Clifford Chance in New York, Milan, Budapest and London. 

Pierre holds an LL.M. in International Business Law from King’s College London, a Maîtrise en droit in Business and Tax Law from the University of Paris Sceaux and a Licence in Law from the University of Paris Sceaux and the University of Edinburgh.

Pierre is further active in animating think tanks over concerns of social relevance.

He is a Barrister at the Bar of Paris, France, a Solicitor in England & Wales, and a Registered foreign lawyer Bar Council Malaysia

Carla DI LELLO, PhD

Carla Di Lello, PhD, is a senior lawyer, specialising in Public, European and International Law, complex litigations and white collars criminal law.

Carla Di Lello holds a Doctorate in Public Law, and contributed to numerous researches and lectured in various universities such as the University of Erfurt (Germany), Teramo (Italy) and Rome (Italy).

Her background in research allows her to approach cases with a depth of knowledge that ensures thorough analysis and effective strategies. 

She is a member of various boards of auditors, and an author of numerous scientific and popular publications. She was part of the editorial board of two prestigious legal doctrine journals.

She is an Arbitrator at the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC) of Italy, and a member of Italy’s Ministry of Justice examination commission Register of Lawyers.

She is a member of the International and European Law Commission of the Rome Bar Association, and a member of Italy’s Supreme Court Bar.

Pierre MONTPEYROUX

Pierre Montpeyroux is a Senior Lawyer who has specialized for the last 25 years in Corporate Law, Structuring and complex Merger & Acquisitions, in the capacity of both advisor, general counsel, and solicitor in Europe, Asia, and United Kingdom.

He was Citadel’s General Counsel, and has previously worked with Slaughter & May LLP.

Pierre is active in the field of Neuroscience as a therapist.

He is a Barrister at the Bar of Paris, France, of Lausanne, Switzerland, and a Solicitor in England & Wales.

Vincenzo BASSI, Phd

Vincenzo Bassi, PhD, is a Senior Lawyer, specialising in European Constitutional Law, in Tax law and in Corporate Law.

He previously worked with Hogan Lovells LLP where he specialised in tax law, tax litigation, commercial and corporate law, international trade law, bankruptcy law, local authorities and joint ventures for the management of public services, non-profit, public economic law, social security and labour, European Union law as well as international and humanitarian law.

He made his PhD in European constitutional law and obtained his master’s degree in tax law at the Cardiff law School. He obtained an LLM in Human Rights and International Dispute Resolution, at the Collegium Intermarium in Warsaw (Poland)

Vincenzo is a Government Commissioner for Italy’s Ministry of Productive Activities and Economic Development (MISE), and is an Arbitrator at the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC) of Italy.

He is the President of Federation of Catholic Family Associations of Europe (FAFCE) in Brussels, Belgium.

He is a Barrister at the Bar of Rome, and at the Bar of Italy’s Supreme Court.
